MINUTE ORDER. On October 9, 2024, plaintiff Joe Hand Promotions, Inc. filed a complaint against defendants On the Rocks LLC and Lance Steglich 1 . Plaintiff was required to serve the complaint by January 7, 2025 in accordance with Rule 4 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Plaintiff, however, failed to do so and on September 30, 2025, the Court issued an order to show cause as to why the case should not be dismissed for want of prosecution. On October 21, 2025, plaintiff filed a status report asking the Court to give him an additional 90 days to perfect service on the defendants. Since as of February 26, 2026, plaintiff has neither served the defendants nor sought additional time to do so, this 2024 case will be dismissed for want of prosecution. SO ORDERED. MINUTE ORDER. On September 30, 2025, the Court ordered plaintiff to either file proof of service or show cause why defendants should not be dismissed from this case for want of prosecution by October 21, 2025.
