To preserve court resources, the Motion hearing currently set for 9/10/2026 is VACATED. The three Motions that were set to be heard at the 9/10/2026 Motion Hearing, 80 Plaintiffs' Motion to File Third-Amended Complaint, 87 Non-Party CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc.'s Motion to Quash Plaintiffs' Subpoena, and 90 USAA Casualty Insurance Company's Motion for Leave to File Amended Answer to Plaintiffs' Second Amended Complaint, will now be heard at the 10/6/2026 Motion Hearing.
