The Court has duly considered Defendant City of Buffalo's ("the City") request that one of its attorneys be permitted to appear virtually at the final pre-trial conference, as well as Plaintiff's opposition. Because the City has represented that Attorney Lee will be present at the conference in person, the Court will grant the City's request that Attorney Altshiler be permitted to appear virtually.
