.Order
MINUTE ORDER re 33 and 34 Motions for Reconsideration: Plaintiff asks the court to vacate and reconsider its memorandum order and opinion dismissing his case. ECF 31; ECF 32. While he references Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 60(b), he has provided no colorable reason why the Court should relieve him from its prior judgment. Fed. R. Civ. P. 60(b) (permitting the Court to reconsider its prior judgment if plaintiff demonstrates, among other grounds, "mistake, inadvertence, surprise, or excusable neglect"). Accordingly, the Court DENIES his Rule 60(b) motion and will proceed with considering whether it should impose a pre-filing injunction in light of the many suits Plaintiff has filed in this district. Signed by Judge Jia M. Cobb on August 13, 2026. (lcjmc2)
