The Rin Parties shall file and serve their Opposition to Duthies Motion for Summary Judgment, together with their Cross-Motion for Summary Judgment (40-page maximum), on or beforeNovember 11, 2026. Duthie shall file and serve his Reply in support of his Motion for Summary Judgment and his Opposition to the Rin Parties' Cross-Motion for Summary Judgment (30-page maximum) on or before December 23, 2026. The Rin Parties shall file and serve their Reply in support of their Cross-Motion for Summary Judgment (15-page maximum) on or before February 3, 2027.
