Shah: The court requests a supplement from Edelson PC to clarify whether plaintiffs Waller in 19-cv-2097 and Vujanov in 20-cv-5550 are dismissing their claims. Case No. 19-cv-2097 is listed in Exhibit A to the Stipulation of Voluntary Dismissal, [576-1] at 4, which the court understands to be an exhibit listing cases that are stipulated to be dismissed in their entirety, while also apparently subject to only a partial stipulation in 575 , which seemingly excludes plaintiff Waller. The court understands that Langfitt PLLC represents plaintiff Buries in 20-cv-5553 and the stipulation in that case is only as to plaintiff Thomas.
