Menold appeared by telephone on behalf of Defendants DEAA Hospitality LLC d/b/a SureStay Plus Hotel, Aarush Hotels, LLC d/b/a Quality Inn & Suites, Paresh Ramesh Patel, and Bhumika Paresh Patel, for a Pre-Motion Discovery Conference held on July 6, 2026. Discussion was held regarding Defendants' outstanding document production. The parties advised the Court that Defendants will produce all responsive documents on or before July 15, 2026. If Defendants fail to complete that production by July 15, 2026, Plaintiff is authorized to file a motion to compel and may seek reasonable attorney's fees, expenses, or other appropriate sanctions. The parties further made an oral joint motion to extend the deadline for the close of fact discovery from July 15, 2026, to August 15, 2026, which is GRANTED.
