Order: Relator having voluntarily dismissed this action brought pursuant to the False Claims Act, 31 U.S.C. §§ 3729-3733, and the Tennessee Medicaid False Claims Act, Tenn. Code Ann. §§ 71-5-181 to -185, the Court orders as follows: IT IS ORDERED that, 1.Docket entries 1-7 and 9-11 shall be unsealed; 2.The memorandum in support of the motions of the United States and Tennessee for an extension of time to consider whether to intervene and for an extension of the seal and election period (ECF8) shall remain under seal and shall not be made public; 3.
