In light of these filing, the Court strikes the deadlines set in the Court's 5/27/26 minute order 313 and adopts the modified schedule as follows: all non-party witness depositions mentioned in the July 16 status report and July 23 Order (with the exception of the Vortex 30(b)(6) deposition) are to be completed by August 31; 2) document production completed by 9/4/26; 3) privilege logs exchanged by 9/18/26; 4) discovery motions related to written discovery, document production, or Rule 45 subpoenas due by 10/15/26; 5) all party witness depositions and the Vortex 30(b)(6) deposition shall be completed by 11/13/26; 6) discovery motions related to depositions due by 12/8/26; 7) close of fact discovery 12/15/26.
