CONSENT JUDGMENT AND STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL OF COUNTS V-VI by Senior Judge Charles R. Simpson, III on 8/18/2023. Plaintiff and Relator Bridgett Barnes is awarded judgment against Defendant Dr. Christopher Nelson in the sum of $35,000.00. Plaintiff and Relator Karen Leffler is awarded judgment against Defendant Dr. Christopher Nelson in the sum of $35,000.00. This Order shall remain in effect, and the Court shall retain jurisdiction for the purpose of enforcing this Judgment and the terms and conditions of the Parties' Settlement Agreement. The Relators, Bridget Barnes and Karen Leffler, and Defendant Dr. Christopher Nelson shall bear their own attorneys' fees and costs. Counts V-VI in Relators' Complaint are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE as to Relators. cc: counsel (SRH)
