Text Order
TEXT ORDER: Pursuant to and for the reasons stated during the Court's Telephone Conference with the parties conducted today, (see ECF No. 14 ), the Court hereby orders as follows: First, Plaintiff's counsel's late-filed pre-motion response letter, which violates the Court's Judicial Preferences, see Section (I)(A)(3) at para. 3, is hereby STRICKEN. (ECF No. 15 .) Plaintiff's counsel is again reminded to review and heed the Court's Rules and Procedures in this and all cases. (See ECF No. 11 (ordering Plaintiff's counsel to show cause regarding another failure to comply with the Court's Rules and Procedures in this matter and collecting "similar instances of non-compliance" before this Court and in this District).) Second, Plaintiff shall file an amended complaint within twenty-one (21) days of the entry of this Order. Failure to do so will result in dismissal of this case. So Ordered by Judge Robert Kirsch on 06/25/2026. (pdm)
