ORDER (by docket entry only): Defendant Emilyn Espiritu moves to seal certain exhibits attached to her prior motion for summary judgment. (Dkt. 173.) And Plaintiff moves to seal exhibits attached to her response to the motion. (Dkt. 185.) Having reviewed each filing, the Court DENIES them WITHOUT PREJUDICE as none explain, with specificity, why sealing is needed for each individual document, "explain (for each document or group of documents) why less drastic alternatives" would not suffice, and discuss in detail the controlling standard. (Dkts. 173, 185.) The Court ORDERS the parties to file motions complying with Appendix H to the Court's Local Rules no later than 21 days from the date of this Order. Failure to do so timely and properly may result in unsealing the documents on the public docket. The filings shall maintain their provisionally sealed status pending review of the renewed motions.
