ORDER denying 45 Motion for Pre-Motion Conference without prejudice. Dr. Murray's deposition should go forward as scheduled on June 30. Defendants may question Dr. Murray regarding their document requests and Plaintiff's responses to Defendants' document requests related to Dr. Murray's deposition. Should Dr. Murray's responses reveal that there are additional documents that were requested but not provided, Defendants may move to compel their production. The Court is prepared to extend the close of discovery related to Dr. Murray and to direct that his deposition be reopened if necessary. The parties shall submit a joint status report by July 2, 2026 outlining any unresolved discovery disputes as well as the parties' attempts to resolve them without Court intervention.
