MEMORANDUM OPINION and ORDER that Defendants' Motions to Dismiss (Dkts. 23, 28, 41) are GRANTED-IN-PART and DENIED-IN-PART. The Motions are granted with respect to all Counts, except for Count VIII to the extent Plaintiffs assert a legal malpractice claim based on the use of money exchange services in connection with the USCIS process; and it is FURTHER ORDERED that Counts I-VII and IX-X are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE and with leave to amend; and it is FURTHER ORDERED that having all counts against them dismissed, Defendants AUBC and Ruby are dismissed WITHOUT PREJUDICE; and it is FURTHER ORDERED that the Motion for Extension (Dkt. 49) is WITHDRAWN pursuant to the Withdrawal (Dkt. 50); and it is FURTHER ORDERED that the Motion for Extension (Dkt. 52) is GRANTED; and it is FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs have LEAVE TO AMEND with respect to those claims not dismissed with prejudice and are DIRECTED to file any Amended Complaint within THIRTY (30) DAYS from the issuance of this Memorandum Opinion.
