CONSENT MOTION AND STIPULATION FOR SUBSTITUTION OF COUNSEL: PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to Local Civil Rule 1.4(b) and Section 7 of Judge Seibel's Individual Rules of Practice, Plaintiff Tonia Daniels, outgoing Plaintiff's counsel, Jillian T. Weiss of the Law Office of Jillian T. Weiss, P.C., Defendant's counsel, Caroline Lineen of Silverman & Associates, and Plaintiff's Incoming Counsel, Aurore DeCarlo of Incendii Law, stipulate and jointly move for entry of an Order, providing as follows: 1. The Law Office of Jillian T. Weiss, P.C., and Jillian T. Weiss are relieved as counsel for Plaintiff Tonia Daniels. 2. Incendii Law and Aurore DeCarlo are substituted as counsel of record for Plaintiff, effective upon entry of the Court's Order. 3. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to terminate Jillian T. Weiss as counsel of record and remove her from the ECF service list in this action. 4. The Court's current case schedule has set the date for conclusion of depositions to September 14, 2026, and conclusion of fact discovery to October 14, 2026. Doc.
