Stipulation of Dismissal - aty
STIPULATION of Dismissal (JOINT) by Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. (McNamara, Megan)
- Order (PAPERLESS or pdf attached)
PAPERLESS ORDER striking 56 Joint Stipulation of Dismissal With Prejudice. A stipulation of dismissal must be "signed by all parties who have appeared." Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii); see City of Jacksonville v. Jacksonville Hosp. Holdings, L.P., 82 F.4th 1031, 1034 (11th Cir. 2023) (explaining that "all parties" refers to all parties who have appeared in this lawsuit, not just the parties involved in the dismissal, including parties who have appeared but have already been removed from the action). The Joint Stipulation is not signed by either Wells Fargo Clearing Services, LLC d/b/a Wells Fargo Advisors, or Discover Bank. On or before March 13, 2026, the parties shall file a renewed Stipulation of Dismissal signed by all parties who have appeared in this action. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii). Signed by Judge Aileen M. Cannon on 3/9/2026. (nct)
