ORDER: STRIKING 645 Terry D. Hamilton's Response in Opposition to Plaintiff Suzanne Conry's Fraudulent Motion to Dismiss 640 , Request to Strike Joinder 641 , and Vacate Order 643 pursuant to D.C.COLO.LCivR 7.1(d) (A motion shall not be included in a response or reply to the original motion. A motion shall be filed as a separate document.) The Court notes that Plaintiff's 640 Motion was to withdraw her 596 Rule 59/60 Motion and, therefore, no response by Defendant T. Hamilton was required for this Court's 643 Order. Further, in its 643 Order the Court DENIED Defendant T. Hamilton's Motions 598 , 621 , and 635 , which were ripe for review on their merits. There are no additional motions for this Court to address. This case is closed. Any further filings or motions filed by any party will be summarily stricken by the Court.
