ORDER GRANTING JOINT STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL OF DEFENDANTS W.G. CLARK CONSTRUCTION CO., PELLETIER + SCHAAR, LLC, ARCHITECTURAL BUILDING SPECIALTIES, LLC, AND EDGE CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION, LLC. The Court hereby ORDERS as follows:
1. All claims and causes of action asserted by Plaintiff against Defendants W.G. Clark Construction Co., Pelletier + Schaar, LLC, Architectural Building Specialties, LLC, and Edge Concrete Construction, LLC are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE, with each of the foregoing parties to bear its own costs.
2. This Order does not dismiss or otherwise affect Plaintiff's claims against DefendantBloom Apartments, LLC, which remain pending before this Court. Nothing in this Order or in Defendant Bloom Apartments, LLC's execution of the Stipulation waives any of Bloom Apartments, LLC's defenses, claims, or arguments in this litigation.
3. The Clerk is DIRECTED to terminate Defendants W.G. Clark Construction Co. Pelletier + Schaar, LLC, Architectural Building Specialties, LLC, and Edge Concrete Construction, LLC as parties to this action. Signed by Judge Ricardo S. Martinez. (TE)
