Text Only Scheduling Notice
(IN CHAMBERS) ORDER RE SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE by Judge John A. Kronstadt: In their recent status report (Dkt. 205 ), the parties request that a Magistrate Judge conduct a settlement conference with them prior to August 31, 2026. This request is granted. Magistrate Judge Donahue will conduct the settlement conference. On or before July 10, 2026, Counsel shall contact the Courtroom Deputy for Judge Donahue to schedule the settlement conference for a date on or before August 31, 2026. Once the conference is scheduled, the parties shall file a corresponding notice on the docket. Based on a review of that schedule, a determination will be made as to whether any other pretrial deadlines will be scheduled, or if that other scheduling will be deferred until after the settlement process has been completed. Counsel shall comply with all directions of Judge Donahue with respect to the settlement process, including as to any pre-conference steps and briefing. The parties shall have persons with authority to settle this case present at the settlement conference. The deadline for the parties to participate in the settlement conference is August 31, 2026, subject to Judge Donahue's availability. On the earlier of three court days after the conference or September 4, 2026, Counsel shall file a notice of settlement or joint report regarding the procedural status of their settlement discussions. If a settlement has been reached, the notice of settlement shall include a proposed date for the filing of a request to dismiss the action. THERE IS NO PDF DOCUMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS ENTRY.
