DOCKET TEXT ORDER: On June 22, 2026, the court extended Defendants' deadline to respond to the 83 Consolidated Complaint to June 29, 2026. ECF No. 88 . On July 7, 2026, Plaintiff/Counterclaim Defendants Nukon USA, LLC and Matthew M. Moore and Defendant/Counterclaim Plaintiff Nukon Lazer Makina Metal Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. voluntarily dismissed all claims between them. ECF Nos. 89 , 90. Though all claims between Nukon USA, Mr. Moore, and Nukon Lazer have been dismissed, the 83 Consolidated Complaint seems to include other claims asserted against Nukon Lazer by Plaintiff Moore Machine Tools, LLC in the third and eleventh causes of action. Defendant Nukon Lazer has not yet filed an answer or response. The parties are now ordered to clarify whether any additional claims remain against Defendant Nukon Lazer within seven (7) days. Defendant Nukon Lazer is ordered to respond to any remaining claims against it within fourteen (14) days after the clarification is filed. Signed by Judge David Barlow on 7/9/2026. (hrl)
