This case is not to be tried to a jury. Deposition due by 10/21/2026. Fact Discovery due by 10/21/2026. Expert Discovery due by 12/19/2026. Status Conference set for 1/7/2027 at 11:00 AM in Courtroom 18C, 500 Pearl Street, New York, NY 10007 before Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil. The parties shall file a joint letter regarding ADR by August 1, 2026. Counsel for the parties have conferred and their present best estimate of the length of trial is: 2-4 days.
