FURTHER ORDERED that the Court's September 2, 2026, Order (Doc. 10 ) is vacated as moot to the extent it requires Lashify Incorporated to file a sur-reply by September 10, 2026 concerning the deposition subpoena. FURTHER ORDERED that the hearing currently set for September 15, 2026, is vacated. FURTHER ORDERED that Lashify Incorporated and Mr. Garner shall file a joint status report by September 15, 2026, advising the Court of the status of their ongoing discussions concerning Mr. Garner's request for attorney fees.
