TEXT ORDER. Defendant moved to stay the decision and order granting Plaintiff's motion to compel discovery. Dkt. 60. The Court set an August 27, 2026 deadline for Plaintiff to respond, see Dkt. 61, but he did not. Absent any opposition, the Court GRANTS Defendant's motion to stay (Dkt. 60), for the reasons set forth in the motion. The decision and order granting Plaintiff's motion to compel (Dkt. 49) is stayed pending this Court's resolution of Defendant's objections to (1) the decision and order granting Plaintiff's motion to compel (Dkt. 54), and (2) the recommendation that this Court deny Defendant's motion for judgment on the pleadings (Dkt. 53).
