TEXT ORDER: This matter comes before the Court upon Foreign Defendants' requests for a pre-motion conference. (ECF No. 152 , 154 .) Plaintiffs filed a letter in response. (ECF No. 159 .) Based on the parties' submissions, the pre-motion conference is hereby waived. Plaintiffs are directed to file any opposition to Foreign Defendants' Motions to Dismiss by July 20, 2026. Foreign Defendants shall file any replies by July 27, 2026. The Clerk is directed to reopen Foreign Defendants' Motions to Dismiss (ECF No. 152 , 154 ) and relist the Motions for the August 3, 2026 Motion Day. For docket management purposes only, the Clerk is also directed to terminate and reset the motion date for the Motions pending at ECF Nos. 115 and 128 to August 3, 2026 so that the Motions to Dismiss may be decided together.
