ORDER- The Court DENIES AS MOOT the defendants' initial motion for sanctions, costs, and leave to file an expert affidavit. (ECF No. 27 .) The Court also DENIES the defendants' corrected motion for sanctions and costs, (ECF No. 30 ), and DENIES KAGs cross-motion for sanctions. (ECF No. 32 ). Given the denial of these latter two motions, the Court DENIES AS MOOT the defendants' motion for leave to file an expert affidavit. (ECF No. 29 .)
