Order
CONSENT CONSIDERATION ORDER: The parties shall consider anew whether they would voluntarily consent to the jurisdiction of a Magistrate Judge for resolution of this case. To effectuate case reassignment to a Magistrate Judge, the parties must (jointly or separately) file a statement consenting to the referral. Litigants are free to specify any Magistrate Judge(s) within the District that they would all consent to handling the case, whether or not a particular Judge is assigned to the Division in which the case proceeds. Consent, to be operative, must be unanimous, and parties are free to withhold consent without adverse substantive consequences. The parties should carefully consider the benefits of having a Magistrate Judge resolve this case. If the parties unanimously so elect, by joint or separate filing, the Clerk will, after conferring with the undersigned, reassign this matter. See LR 73.1(c). The parties shall file any statement of consent by twenty-one days from the date of this Order. Consent is purely voluntary. Signed by Judge Claria Horn Boom on 7/29/2026.(APR)cc: COR
