ORAL ORDER: In its previous order, (Dkt. 82 ), the court indicated that it would dismiss this case with prejudice if Thompson failed to file a second amended complaint within twenty-one days. Thompson did not ultimately file a second amended complaint in that period. However, in light of recent filings, the court will not dismiss the case with prejudice at this time. The court will reserve its decision on whether to dismiss the case with prejudice until after the outstanding motions are resolved. Entered by District Judge Jasmine H. Yoon on June 30, 2026.
