Status Conference
Minute Entry for proceedings held before Magistrate Judge Jose R. Almonte. A status conference was held on July 30, 2026. For the reasons placed on the record, the parties will proceed with discovery while the parties complete the briefing on Defendants' counsel's motion to withdraw. The Court advised Plaintiffs to promptly update the Court should they decide to consent to the motion to withdraw. In the meantime, Defendants will re-review their document production in order to determine whether they have produced all documents in their possession related to certain outstanding categories that Plaintiffs have identified in Plaintiffs' most recent deficiency letter. Thereafter, Defendants shall advise Plaintiffs, in writing, as to whether Defendants have any further documents in their possession that may be produced within those categories. Accordingly, the Court extended the fact discovery deadline. (akw, )
