ENDORSED ORDER re: Defendant's 48 Motion to Award Attorneys' Fees. Plaintiff has not responded to Defendant's motion, which allows the Court to deem the motion to be unopposed. See M.D. Fla. R. 3.01(c). Out of an abundance of caution, however, the Court will extend the time frame for Plaintiff to file a response to Defendant's motion. Accordingly, no later than February 20, 2026, Plaintiff shall file either a response to Defendant's motion or a notice stating that it does not contest it. Plaintiff is cautioned that a failure to comply with this directive may result in Defendant's motion being granted. Signed by Magistrate Judge Christopher P. Tuite on 2/11/2026. (TC)
