Order on Motion to Show Cause
ORDER granting 4329 Motion for Order to Show Cause as to Litigating Plaintiff Gary Gravelyn. Plaintiff Gary Gravelyn shall, no later than the 19th day of August 2026, either (1) cure his non-compliance with the DMO by delivering to the Philips Defendants all outstanding documents required thereunder, including (a) disclosures required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(1), (b) a completed Litigating Plaintiff Fact Sheet, (c) records relating to use of the Recalled Device and any Replacement Device, (d) record collection production, (e) a declaration under penalty of perjury, and (f) a compliant Expert Report; or (2) demonstrate good cause for his failure to cure.
