Text Order: The August 5, 2026 conference with Judge Bumb is cancelled. As this case is now restored to the active docket, the Court intends to first address the motion to withdraw [ECF No. 95]. Counsel for defendants Anthony R. Dipastina, D.C. ("Dipastina") and Hamilton Pain and Rehab Assoc., LLC ("the Hamilton Practice") shall file a letter within 14 days advising of any updates or changes in the status of the clients and their participation in the proceedings. There will be a hearing on September 18, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. in Courtroom 3C to address the motion. Counsel for defendants Dipastina and the Hamilton Practice shall appear in person along with defendant Dispastina and a representative from the Hamilton Practice with full authority to make litigation decisions.
