PAPERLESS ORDER: The court is in receipt of Plaintiff's Updated Status Report at ECF No. 33, which advises that the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas entered a Joint Stipulation and Agreed Order in the underlying bankruptcy action (Case No. 23-90716) which, effective July 9, 2026, lifts the stay of product liability claims imposed by the bankruptcy court's confirmation order. Therefore, it is this 1st day of July 2026, ORDERED that the stay imposed by this court's order at ECF No. 24 shall be lifted effective July 9, 2026; and further it is ORDERED that the parties shall file a joint status report on or before July 10, 2026, to include proposed amended scheduling order deadlines in accordance with the prior amended scheduling order at ECF No. 18.
