MEMO ENDORSEMENT on re: 80 Status Report filed by Mt. Hawley Insurance Company. ENDORSEMENT: The Court thanks the parties for the update at Dkt. No. 80 (the "Letter"). Given that the Letter provides a status of discovery, and that there are no ripe discovery disputes, the telephone conference to discuss the status of discovery scheduled for September 9, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. ET is CANCELLED. By September 18, 2026, the parties shall file: (i) their proposed confidentiality order; (ii) a stipulation of voluntarily dismissal as to Defendant North Expressway Station Inc; and (iii) a joint letter updating the Court on the status of discovery following the Rule 30(b)(6) deposition of Plaintiff Mt. Hawley Insurance Company. The Court reminds the parties that their deadline to file a joint letter certifying the completion of fact discovery is September 25, 2026. (Dkt. No. 79 at 1).
