For future clarity, the Court ORDERS that Defendants shall file any renewed motions to dismiss within fourteen (14) days of the conclusion of jurisdictional discovery, and that briefing on the renewed motion to dismiss will follow normal briefing schedule. The stay imposed by the February 13, 2026 Order will lift upon resolution of any renewed motions to dismiss, and the parties shall comply with the stayed deadlines (inclusive of filing a Joint Preliminary Report) within thirty (30) days of the Court's ruling the renewed motions.
