ORDER - The Court ACKNOWLEDGES attorney John Steinkamp's status report on behalf Plaintiff Stephen Hickman filed in response to the Court's August 28, 2026 Order. [Dkts. 16 ; 17 ].] The report and its attachments establish that Plaintiff Stephen Hickman disclosed this lawsuit on his amended bankruptcy Schedule A/B and that the bankruptcy case closed in November 2024. The status reports filed so far do not, however, state whether Mr. Hickman intends to prosecute this action. Accordingly, Mr. Hickman, through counsel, is ORDERED to file a supplemental status report on or before October 22, 2026, stating whether Mr. Hickman intends to prosecute this action and, if so, identify the steps he proposes to take and a timeline for doing so.
