ORDER granting 43 Motion for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery. In light of the Government's need for additional time to finalize its expert contracts, see ECF No. 43 , the requested extension is granted. Plaintiff's initial expert disclosures and report must be served by 10/2/2026, Defendant's initial expert disclosures and report must be served by 11/6/2026. The deadline to submit a joint discovery status letter remains 11/12/2026. The parties are reminded that the status letter must include whether the parties request a referral to the Court-annexed mediation program. The parties may request a referral to the program at any time by filing a joint letter on ECF.
The deadline for the close of expert discovery remains 12/11/2026. By the same date, the parties must file a joint letter certifying the close of all discovery. The parties are referred to the Individual Rules of the District Judge for the dates following the close of discovery and should review them carefully in anticipation of the close of discovery.
