Attorneys Doeg and Makara shall represent that they have provided their client with copies of all of the Court’s rulings in this case, dating back to June 11, 2026, starting with the Court’s granting of the Motion for Summary Judgment and Motion for Sanctions, and concluding with the instant order. Attorneys Doeg and Makara shall then represent that they have both conferred with their client and engaged in a meaningful discussion about all of these orders and next steps in the matter. Lastly, based on this discussion and with their client’s approval, Attorneys Doeg and Makara shall describe their intended next steps in this matter—including, potentially, the filing of a notice of voluntary dismissal—with a specific proposed timeline.
Signed by Judge Vernon D. Oliver on 7/8/2026. (JD2)
