Minute
MINUTE entry before the Honorable Sunil R. Harjani: On Defendant's motion for entry of a schedule 1876 , the parties are ordered to meet and confer by videoconference and resolve this matter themselves by 8/3/2026. The parties headed to trial must start resolving straightforward issues on their own via compromise through and during trial. This Court has the remaining summary judgment motions to address, and then Daubert motions, followed by Motions in Limine. Courts have limited resources and must save those for the most important aspects of the case. There will be a multitude of disputes between now and trial that the parties must resolve on their own, and that includes this one. The parties are cautioned to carefully think through whether they should bring a motion in the future rather than resolve it themselves, or the Court will consider sanctions for lack of a good faith effort. See FRCP 37(a), 16(f), and 11(c). A status report is due on their compromised agreement by 8/6/2026. Mailed notice (lxs, ) (Entered: 07/27/2026)
