TEXT ORDER: Upon review of Plaintiff's Verified Motion for Court Approval of Collective Action Settlement and Request for Dismissal with Prejudice 143 , the Court notes that the Motion identifies differing allocations of the agreed $190,000.00 payment for attorneys' fees and costs. Plaintiff is therefore DIRECTED to file, within seven (7) days of the date of this Order, a notice identifying the correct amount attributable to attorneys' fees and the correct amount attributable to costs. Plaintiff shall confer with Defendants before filing the notice and shall state whether Defendants agree with the clarified allocation.
