MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS of the Honorable Judge Richard F. Boulware, II on 6/29/2026.
Those parties or persons requesting remote appearance as stated in 612 , 631 , 632 , 633 and 635 , have been granted leaave by the Court to appear or attend remotely.
Those appearing remotely must use their own name when logging into the zoom hearing or they may not be allowed entry. Further, those persons appearing remotely are required to be in a private and stationary location for the duration of hearing(s) and are reminded they must demonstrate the same decorum as they would at an in-person hearing. Unless directly addressed by the Court all parties must mute their audio. Cameras may also be muted.
Photographing, recording, and rebroadcasting of court proceedings are strictly prohibited. Violating these prohibitions may result in sanctions deemed necessary by the Court.
Failure to follow the guidelines may result in non-admittance to the hearing, or the Denial of future requests for remote appearance.
