Lautenberg Post Office and U.S. Courthouse, 2 Federal Square, Newark, NJ 07102. All persons, including trial counsel and clients with settlement authority, must be present. At least five (5) days prior to the conference, each party is required to submit a confidential settlement memorandum of no more than five (5) pages to chambers via email to CF_Orders@njd.uscourts.gov.
