ORDER - FOR REASONS stated from the bench and in accord with specific rulings and instructions thereto, it is hereby ORDERED that the Motion for Order to Show Cause 229 is GRANTED. It is further ORDERED that, based on Garnishee Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.'s Response to Show Cause and Request for Leave to Amend Answer and to Dismiss Show Cause 238 and Garnishee Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.'s Amended Answer [238-2], the Court's July 30, 2026 Show Cause Order 237 is hereby DISMISSED. It is further ORDERED that the Garnishee shall file a redacted version of the Judgement Debtor's account which reflects the changes included in the Garnishee's Amended Answer [238-2] no later than August 14, 2026. It is further ORDERED that the Garnishment Summons 214 is deemed DISMISSED as of the date the Garnishee files the redacted version of the Judgment Debtor's Wells Fargo account.
