MINUTE ORDER. The Motion to Withdraw as Counsel [ECF 29 ] filed by Lillian G. Holbrook is granted. The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate Ms. Holbrook as counsel of record for Defendants and turn off notifications. The Court has reviewed the document filed as the Parties' Joint Motion for Protective Order [ECF 21 ], which contains only a Proposed Stipulation and Protective Order. However, the Parties have not submitted a separate Motion requesting relief and have not stated any basis to find good cause for entry of a protective order. See D.C.COLO.MJ § V.5; Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(c). Accordingly, to the extent the document may be construed as a request for an Order, [ECF 21 ], such request is denied without prejudice. The Parties may submit a separate Motion identifying good cause to support entry of the Proposed Stipulation and Protective Order filed at [ECF 21] for the Courts consideration.
