MINUTE entry before the Honorable Jeffrey T. Gilbert: This case has been referred to Magistrate Judge Gilbert for a settlement conference 48 . A status hearing is set for 8/11/26 at 10:00 a.m. in person in Courtroom 1342. The Court proposes the following pre-settlement conference schedule, which the Court intends to discuss with counsel at the 8/11/26 status hearing: Plaintiff's demand letter in accordance with the Court's Standing Order for Settlement Conference shall be delivered to Defendant with a copy to the Court via the Court's settlement correspondence email at settlement_correspondence_gilbert@ilnd.uscourts.gov by 8/19/26. A status hearing will be set for 9/8/26 at 10:30 a.m. in person in courtroom 1342. A settlement conference will be set for 9/15/26 at 10:00 a.m. or 9/17/26 at 1:30 p.m. in person in Courtroom 1342. If the Court's setting of a status hearing on 8/11/26 at 10:00 a.m. presents an irreconcilable conflict for either counsel, they shall immediately send an email to the Court's courtroom deputy at amanda_scherer@ilnd.uscourts.gov with a copy to opposing counsel.
