ORDER re: 225 Motion for Attorney Fees and Costs Associated with the Plaintiffs' Second Sanctions Motion. The last time the undersigned was on the phone with counsel, the Court provided the parties with guidance that might have enabled them to break their previously reported impasse (ECF No. 221), and it directed them to continue meeting and conferring in an effort to resolve the dispute over fees and costs by negotiation. The parties are respectfully directed to file, by 5:00 on September 25, 2026, a short, joint, non-argumentative status report, stating whether they have been able to resolve the dispute, and if not, whether they were able to reduce the number of contested issues.
