ORDER DENYING PLAINTIFFS' MOTION FOR CLASS CERTIFICATION 84 by Judge Fernando L. Aenlle-Rocha: On April 25, 2025, Plaintiffs Lena Jamil and Shideh Khabazian filed the subject Motion for Class Certification pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 23(a), (b)(3). The court finds the questions of law or fact common to class members do not predominate over any questions affecting only individualmembers. The court, therefore, DENIES the Motion in its entirety. Having denied the motion for lack of predominance, the court need not address the parties remaining arguments. Pursuant to the November 15, 2024 Order Approving Stipulation to Extend Pretrial Dates and Deadlines (Dkt. 75), the part es are ORDERED to meet and confer and file a joint statement by October 16, 2026, with a proposed schedule for the remaining pretrial and trial dates and deadlines in this action.
