ORDER for proceedings held before Magistrate Judge H. Brent Brennenstuhl: Discovery Hearing held on 9/4/2026. Discovery is STAYED for all parties as to ALEPH ZAVALA pending resolution of ALEPH ZAVALA's state criminal trial. The parties will continue to keep the Court promptly informed about the status of Defendant Zavala's state criminal trial and whether it occurs as scheduled in October 2026 or is continued for another date.
