Defendant Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company subsequently filed an answer. To date, Defendant Wingfoot Commercial Tire Systems, LLC. has not filed an answer. As it relates to Defendant All American Ready Mix, Inc., according to the attached state court documents, Ex. A., summons was "Left with Jeff, CFO" on July 14, 2026. It is unclear whether "Jeff" is authorized to receive service of process within the meaning of Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(h)(1)(B). According to the Illinois Secretary of State's corporate website, the Registered Agent for Defendant All American Ready Mix, Inc. is Sorling Northrup Hanna Cullen and its Officers are Pat Langheim and Rita Langheim. Plaintiff is given until September 23, 2026, to either file a pleading showing how the July 14, 2026, service on Defendant All American Ready Mix, Inc. was proper or, in the alternative, file a new proof of proper service on Defendant All American Ready Mix, Inc. Failure to do either or otherwise show good cause may result in dismissal with prejudice for failure to prosecute as it relates to Defendant All American Ready Mix, Inc. See Link v. Wabash R.R.
