JOINT STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE PURSUANT TO FEDERAL RULE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE 41(A)(1)(A)(ii): Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), A.H. Fashion Manufacture and Marketing 3020 Ltd. (d/b/a ME 360) and Joey Giuntoli, LLC, through their undersigned counsel, hereby stipulate and agree to dismiss the above-captioned matter in its entirety, including counterclaims, and with prejudice, with each party to bear its own costs and fees. This stipulation shall not prejudice either party's claims, rights or remedies in the presently pending arbitration No. 5425003410 involving the subject matter of this litigation, all of which are specifically and fully preserved. The Court is in receipt of the parties' joint stipulation to dismiss the above-captioned matter in its entirety, including counterclaims, and with prejudice, with each party to bear its own costs and fees.
