The Court adopts the parties' schedule as modified: Trial shall take place from February 22, 2027 to February 26, 2027. The parties shall file the Joint Pretrial Order, proposed jury instructions, voir dire questions, and motions in limine by January 25, 2027. The parties shall file oppositions to motions in limine by February 1, 2027. The parties shall appear for an in-person final pretrial conference on February 15, 2027 at 12:00pm in Courtroom 706, Thurgood Marshall United States Courthouse, 40 Foley Sq., New York, New York, 10007.
