ORDER REGARDING EXPEDITED DISCOVERY AND ENTRY OF AGREED SCHEDULING ORDER signed by Senior Judge Charles R. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that a hearing on the Motion for Preliminary injunction is scheduled to commence on Tuesday, 10/6/2026 at the hour of 9:30 a.m., before the Honorable Charles R.
